Maryland man wanted on sex assault charges nabbed at Washington Dulles International Airport (KIAD), Washington, District of Columbia.

A Maryland martial arts instructor wanted on sexual assault charges was arrested at Washington Dulles International Airport.

Customs and Border Protection officials said 25-year-old Justin Dutcher was taken into custody after he arrived on a flight from Turkey on Monday.

Dutcher, of Chester, Md., was wanted in Queen's Anne County on a sexual assault of a minor charge. He was also wanted in Annapolis on larceny charges, according to CBP.

He was accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old student at the martial arts studio where he worked, according to the Queen Anne's County Sheriff's Office. The alleged assaults took place at Dutcher's home in March and April 2010, authorities said.
