Thomas Knowles of Abilene stretches fencing going up around the airport last week. Knowles is a subcontractor who helped install the 2,200 feet of highline fence between Fourth Street and the Graham Municipal Airport. An additional 12,000 feet of field fence was installed around the remainder of the airport’s perimeter as a safety measure to keep deer off the runway.
