Chanchangi Airline resumes flight operations after two months

Lagos (WorldStage Newsonline)-- After two months of absence, Chanchangi Airline on Friday evening resumed flight operations on the domestic routes in Nigeria. It also operated a flight from Abuja to Lagos and Lagos to Abuja on Sunday.

The airline with about five aircraft hd been off air when it sent all its planes were due for necessary maintenance at the same period.

Spokesman of the airline, Olu Balogun said told journalists at the weekend that the airline had returned stronger and with better determination for safety.

He called on Chanchangi's numerous loyal passengers to return to their first love in the air said the airline offers its one leg ticket on Lagos - Abuja route for N25000 instead of between N28,000 and N30,000 charged by other airlines for the same service.

"We want to thank our loyal passengers who remained with us during our dark hours. We are using this forum to inform them that their preferred airline on domestic routs in Nigeria is back with stronger and with higher commitment to safety excellent services we are known for," he said.

"Chanchangi is fully repositioned to claim its leading position in excellent air services on all its routes and we look forward to seeing you flying with us."

He said Chanchangi has technical partnership with Jordanian airline and that more of its aircraft that went for maintenance abroad would soon return to boost operations on all its routes.
