Joel Thomas completed a flying milestone. He earned his pilot's license.Eighteen-year-old Joel Thomas of Eagle Rock recently earned his pilot's license.
The Federal Aviation Administration examiner on the November 8th trip was Don Judy, in Elkins, West Virginia.
Thomas said, "I fly out of Lewisburg, West Virginia, and my flight instructor was David Hersman."
