Augusta Regional Airport (KAGS) Searches For Local Artists

Augusta, GA — Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) is currently searching for local area artists to display their work in the General Aviation Terminal! AGS is looking for all types of work! Pottery, sculptures, tapestries, etc. The selected artists’ work will be on display for one year in the Airport’s private aircraft terminal. The General Aviation Terminal welcomes private and business aircraft to Augusta on a daily basis. This venue provides the perfect opportunity to showcase your art and be seen by Augusta’s elite visitors.

Requirements: Your art will be showcased within a locked cabinet, therefore is insured while  on Airport property. Your art must be able to fit within the following dimensions: 65.5’’H x 34’’W x 22’’D. Glass shelves are available. There is also a limited amount of floor space for a free standing piece.

*NOTE: All submissions will be evaluated by the Augusta Regional Airport Art Committee. The  artist selected for the display will be notified by phone. The selected artist will not be  reimbursed for their displayed pieces, however, they will be allowed to provide contact information for interested buyers.
