(NewsDakota.com) Boarding
numbers for the Jamestown Regional Airport were way up for the first
full month of jet service from Skywest Airlines.
According to Matthew
Leitner, the Manager of the JRA, July’s numbers of 647 boardings for the
Airport was a 262% increase in boarding’s over July 2013 and topped
several high number set over 30 years ago.
Skywest Airlines began
their service in Jamestown on June 5th, replacing Great Lakes Airlines.
Skywest provides eleven round-trip flights weekly to and from the Denver
International Airport.
