NORTH HAMPTON, New Hampshire — A pilot was not injured in a crash involving a Bellanca 7ECA Citabria at Hampton Airfield on Monday, according to police.

The plane was was landing at the time of the accident, according to North Hampton Police Chief Kathryn Mone.

The town's police and fire departments responded about 12:28 p.m., when the crash was reported. No one else was on board the plane.

The crash is being investigated by the Federal Aviation Administration and the New Hampshire Department of Transportation's Bureau of Aeronautics, Mone said.
