Man critically injured in Lake Pelican plane crash
A rural Watertown man was critically injured when his small recreational aircraft crashed south of Lake Pelican around 6:30 p.m. Thursday evening.
44-year-old Tim Kruse was flying near his home when the two-seat aircraft went down.
Kruse was taken to a local hospital with multiple life-threatening injuries.
The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the crash.
A neighbor watched the aircraft go down in her back yard. Hear from her in the video.
