Albuquerque, NM, August 9, 2011:Aspen Avionics, Inc. announced today that Beth A. Rayner has joined Aspen Avionics as the Human Resources Manager. With widespread experience in the human resources industry, Rayner will lead Aspen’s human resources department and its aggressive nationwide hiring strategy to keep pace with the company’s current and projected growth.
Rayner comes to Aspen with 18 years of experience within Human Resources, most notably she owned and managed a technical recruiting firm for 11 years that specialized in the Engineering & Information Technology industries. Rayner brings with her the essence of the entrepreneurial spirit that is highly valued as a key characteristic in Aspen’s successful culture. Rayner brings with her the right experience and aptitude to help Aspen grow.
