The Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 1093 based at the Midland Jack Barstow Airport recently awarded seven aviation scholarships.
The scholarship this year was named in honor of Ed Yonkers, who donated his airplane and hangar to the pilots’ group with the funds to be used for educational purposes.
