RAW VIDEO: Ultralight Plane Goes Down in Lehigh River, Pennsylvania

One person is recovering from minor injuries after an ultralight airplane crashed into the Lehigh River in eastern Pennsylvania. Another person onboard was not hurt. The crash happened Sunday afternoon in Franklin Township, Carbon County. Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman Holly Baker says the plane had taken off from Carbon County Municipal Airport around 3:15 p.m. It's not immediately clear what caused the crash.
