RALEIGH, NC, Oct. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Year-to-date sales, sales currently pending and anticipated additional sales through year-end place Jetcraft on correct trajectory to hit billion dollar milestone

Jetcraft Corporation, a provider of business aircraft sales, acquisitions, trading and brokerage services, today disclosed sales figures for the period of January 1 to September 30, 2011.

Year-to-date (YTD) transactional value: $684 million

YTD units sold: 41 aircraft

Increase in value of US sales (2011 over 2010, Jan. to Sept.): 74%

Approximately 75% of aircraft sold YTD are in large and mid-size categories, including: Bombardier Globals (Express, XRS and 5000), Gulfstreams (GIV and 500), Bombardier Challengers (604 and 605), HBC Hawkers (800XP and 900XP), etc.

"As we head into the fourth quarter, we are optimistic and look forward to delivering results for our clients through the balance of 2011," says Chad Anderson, President, Jetcraft Corporation. "Additionally, we are delighted to report that Jetcraft is expecting its best year ever. By combining YTD sales, pending sales and additional sales through year-end, it is our committed goal to realize $1 billion in sales this calendar year."

"We have learned many lessons since the economic downturn of 2008. Foremost, and in approximately that same period of time, Jetcraft has evolved into a truly diversified international company. Our strategy of geographic diversification has enabled the company to grow by overcoming cyclical downturns in any one region. And now, with new financial challenges confronting the global economy, we are encouraged by a significant increase in our US sales, which complements rapid international growth. We feel that the events of the past three years have validated our business plan. Furthermore, we believe that Jetcraft's success is indicative of the resilience of the business aviation industry. Despite macroeconomic challenges, we expect to see continued stability in our sector," concludes Mr. Anderson.
