ALLEGAN, MI  - An online auction of the assets of Allegan County-based Dodgen Aircraft and Skykid Aviation is today. Miedema Auctioneering will be conducting the sale on www.orbitbid.com of six airplanes, all older, single-engine aircraft, that were used as part of a flight school that was operating out of Allegan Municipal Airport before the company defaulted on bank loans earlier this month. Opening bid on each plane is five thousand dollars. Other items from the company on the auction block include parts, a pickup truck and a tractor.
