Ryanair Boeing 737-800 Flight Diverted Due To Illness.

A Ryanair flight from Alicante to East Midlands made an emergency landing at Bournemouth on Wednesday, after a passenger was taken ill, complaining of serious abdominal pain whilst the Beoing 737 was mid flight, over France.

The 25 year old passenger had suffered a suspected appendicitis, which made the crew decide on the emergency action.

The aircraft landed safely in Bournemouth and the passenger was taken to hospital. The flight then continued to East Midlands, having suffered a mere 70 minute delay.
