A tractor has been parked in front of the gate at the Taildragger Inn airplane hangar at Hammonton Municipal Airport, marking the latest chapter of a battle between airport tenants and operators.

According to The Press of Atlantic City, pilots and operators of the New Jersey airport are at odds over gate fees and airport traffic.

The Press of Atlantic City says airport operators have grown concerned over the traffic from stunt pilots, which practice aerobatics in airspace above the airport. On August, 22, the Town Council voted to close the aerobatic box above the airport for 120 days after a mid-air collision between two single-engine planes that left one pilot dead.
