CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- US Airways maintains pilots have recently been slowing down flights on purpose and now the airline is taking those pilots to federal court.
The issue is over the merger with America West six years ago.
Pilots are still trying to workout seniority issues.
Now, in a lawsuit, US Airways claims the pilots are delaying flights to try to get the upper hand in negotiations.
At today's hearing, if the judge sides with US Airways, it would require pilots to speed up their operations.
