Woman charged with making threat on flight to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

A California woman was arrested at the Philadelphia International Airport Wednesday after she allegedly threatened to "blow up the government."

Hannah Marie Shiner, 59, of Roseville, caused a ruckus on both her flight from London and in Terminal A where she was arrested around 3:15 p.m. by the Philadelphia Police Airport Unit, according to court records

She was charged in Delaware County with making terroristic threats, a misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a summary offense.

Police arrested Shiner after she threatened passengers and crew members. Shiner made a number of references to the "911 attack" and said she supported Bin Laden for blowing up the Pentagon, according to court records.

Shiner was transferred to Tinicum Township police because Terminal A is located there.

Shiner was arraigned on Thursday and is being held at the Delaware County jail. Her bail was set at $250,000. A psychiatric evaluation and drug and alcohol screening were ordered, according to court officials.
