    Those vehicle access gate security panel posts are usually just feet from the gate on the tarmac and this was daylight. Someone wasn't paying attention. Hope he enjoys filing a claim with his aircraft insurance company for the damages bill from the City Of Asheville as well as his wing - and his increased premiums. What a dufus.

    Although I understand your disposition with this incident, I can also appreciate the saying that “there are those who have and there are those who will”...you weren’t there, and you just don’t know....be happy is wasn’t you, because it could be next time.
