Hunt County EMS along with Greenville Fire units responded to the area of Highway 380 at County Road 1065 on May 4th for reports of an airplane down in a field. Once on scene, units reported that they had a small aircraft nose down in the dirt. Upon checking for patients, AMR reported no injuries. Department Of Public Safety Officers, along with Hunt County Sheriff's Office were on scene investigating.
