On December 28, 2018, about 2100 central standard time, a Cessna 152 airplane, N6202M, impacted terrain after a loss of engine power en route to Kelly Field Airport (KSKF), San Antonio, Texas. The pilot and one passenger received minor injuries, and the airplane was substantially damaged during forced landing. The airplane was registered to and operated by Flyokair, LLC, under the provisions of 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 91 as personal flight. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time.

The pilot reported, about 2 hours into the flight, that the engine the engine started to lose power. He looked at the engine gauges, and then applied carburetor heat. The engine responded and he adjusted the carburetor heat to 1/3. A few minutes later the engine lost power and he was unable to restore power.

The airplane impacted trees and terrain during the forced landing.
