UPDATE: A small plane has been forced to make an emergency landing in Perth’s southern suburbs.
The single-engine plane, which was carrying only the pilot, landed on a salt lake in Warnbro this afternoon.
No one was injured.
The plane is believed to have experienced some sort of engine problem.
It will be flown out of the area tomorrow.
