Killeen-Fort Hood Regional Airport (KGRK) receives funds for improvement consultations
KILLEEN, TX (KXXV) -
The Killeen-Fort Hood Regional Airport was one topic at the city council meeting Tuesday night.
The city council approved the allocation of funds to the regional airport in order to hire a consulting firm.
The airport said their passenger boarding numbers were down in 2016. But they hope to be able to improve and increase air services with a consult team.
The Killeen Economic Development Corporation is providing $90,000 to the airport.
