Man stabbed in restaurant parking lot near New Castle Airport (KILG), Wilmington, Delaware

Police say a man was stabbed during an argument in the parking lot of a restaurant in the New Castle area.

State police say the stabbing occurred around 2:30 a.m. Sunday outside the 1 in Town African Restaurant on DuPont Parkway near the New Castle Airport.

Police say the 36-year-old victim had just left the restaurant and was arguing with some other patrons in the parking lot when someone pulled a knife and stabbed the man.

Police say the victim was taken to a hospital by private vehicle, and his condition is stable. Police have not identified any suspects.
