Frontier Airlines 'still operating' out of Trenton-Mercer Airport (KTTN), does not anticipate cancellations

EWING – Frontier Airlines does not anticipate cancellations or major delays on flights leaving Trenton-Mercer Airport Wednesday, the busiest travel day of the year.

"We're still operating," said Todd Lehmacher, a spokesman for the airline.

Later today, he said, low visibility, increasing winds and snow may lead to delays. He advised travelers to keep an eye on weather reports and check online before heading to the airport.

"We try not to cancel," he said. "It's a busy day for us. We're focused on making sure that we're providing a reliable experience for everyone and flying our schedule."

There are 15 departures to nine nonstop destinations from Trenton-Mercer Wednesday, he said. Customers who booked their flights on or before Monday have been given an option to push their flights to Thursday, he said.
