The March JPA is excited to announce the JPA and Operation Silver Star’s inaugural Honor Our Heroes 5k Walk and 2nd Annual Honor Our Heroes Car Show. These events will take place on Saturday, May 17th, 2014 (Armed Forces Day) right on the March Inland Port Airport airfield ramp.
We have a full day of activities planned with the kick-off event being the Honor Our Heroes 5k Walk at 7am. The car, motorcycle and vintage plane show event starts at 10am and runs till 5pm (flyer attached). This year’s car show will also include motorcycles and vintage planes and a car competition as well.
There will be special guests, live entertainment throughout the day, food trucks and vendors, a beer garden and VIP tent as well as merchandise vendors, non-profit organizations and community displays with various community performances.
Cost: Adults: $20
Veterans/Military w/ID: $5 (optional)
Children under 12: Free
All proceeds to benefit Operation Silver Star
