DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:  On May 1, 2020 the pilot in command experienced nose gear failure upon touchdown

DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES:    Damage includes but may not be limited to:

 1.   Both propellers damaged and engines experienced a prop strike

 2.    Nose gear doors damaged        

 3.    LH & RH Pitot tubes

 4.    Significant skin damage from impact with runway - see photos

 5.    Fuselage buckling at wing roots

REMARKS:   LOGS ARE NOT COMPLETE - Logs missing prior to 1985

Insurer reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
