FULTON, Missouri - No one was hurt after an incident at the Elton Hensley Memorial Airport in Fulton on Sunday, December 8th.

A spokesperson with the airport said the pilot had an issue with the plane's landing gear.

Fulton first responders were called to the scene just before 5 p.m. Sunday, December 8th. Police said the small plane was still on the runway when authorities arrived. Sgt. Reams with the police department said there was no major damage to the runway.

Fulton officers said the aircraft involved was a Piper PA-24-250 Comanche. It's unclear what caused the incident. No other planes or people were involved in the crash.
