CHESTER COUNTY (WPVI) -- A small single-engine plane made an emergency landing after experiencing engine trouble Saturday morning in Chester County.

Officials tell Action News the pilot safely landed the plane around 10:30 a.m. in the field along the 300 block of Milford Road in Upper Uwchlan Township.

The pilot was not injured, and was the only person inside the small aircraft.

No word on what caused the emergency.

DOWNINGTOWN, Pa. (CBS) — A single-engine plane has made an emergency landing in Marsh Creek State Park.

Reports explain that the plane experienced engine trouble at approximately 11 a.m.

It landed in a field located on Milford Road.

There were no reported injuries.
