DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:  Left main gear collapsed during landing.

DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES:   Damage includes but may not be limited to the following:    

Propeller is damaged & engine experienced a prop strike

The nose gear assembly has broken off.

There is scrape damage to the cowling and left lower belly side panels aft of the firewall of the aircraft.

Left wing tip and left horizontal stabilizer are damaged
