SACRAMENTO COUNTY (CBS13) – A man trying to make a flight out of Sacramento International Airport never made it TSA agents discovered drugs hidden in his underpants, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department.
Sacramento County Sheriff’s deputies were called after 32-year-old Enrique Garcia refused to submit to a secondary screening by TSA agents who had detected something out of place during Garcia’s first security screening.
Investigation revealed Garcia had concealed bags of crystal methamphetamine in his underwear.
Deputies took him into custody. He was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine for sale and transportation of methamphetamine for sale, and is currently being held on $1,000,000 bail.
