  1. I looked at a video tour of the crew rest area and wondered how they injured themselves so badly. Perhaps they fell down the steep stairwell? I would assume they were groggy from sleep as well.

  2. That's got to be a first if not extreme rarity. But it doesn't take much to break a bone if you land the wrong way. Height (gravity) has nothing to do with it. Especially if you are older as our bones lose strength with age.

  3. ...and that's why you ALWAYS should descend facing the ladder. I bet they tried to walk down like it was a flight of stairs. Bad idea.
