  1. It broke through the cinder blocks ending up inside. It's a miracle no fire happened which is why three survived (PAX section of fuselage mainly intact but no photos of nose/cockpit). Photos from a witness on Twitter showing gear clearly down from the right wing:

    1. dust appeared to be still rising in the video. and surprising the forward fuselage appeared intact.

    2. Photo of forward portion on recovery truck after removal shows the true extent of the damage. News is reporting that pilot, copilot and wife of businessman perished in the crash.

    2. Bryan, correct, it usually takes the FAA about 60 days to process the application and update the database. And yes, it was a former EagleMed aircraft.

    3. N426EM For sale listing showing sold includes links to a maintenance summary printed on 6 December 2021. Presumably being leased from the well known bank trustee representing the actual owner, same as over 1000 other aircraft.
