  1. N3735B was the last V-tail Bonanza built.

  2. Wow I would never have thought to look up Bonanza numbers to see when it was built! This V35B being the last one off the assembly line in 1982 when the A36 traditional tails were also made on the same assembly line makes it that much more special. And I learned something else too: I had no idea Beechcraft was still making the V tail into the early 1980s. Good spot!

    1. ^^Source? It took me about 20 seconds to find:

      1) FAA tail number lookup to get the SN#.
      2) Beechraft's own (well Texton Aviation) aircraft serial number history website - https://download.txtav.com/techpubs/nontechnical/serializationList.pdf

Then when looking at the website under "Model 35 Bonanza (D)" from the list of models on the left window column, you get this:

      V35B D-10383 thru D-10403 1982 21

^^That translates to model, serial number range, year, and number built. The SN# of N3735B is listed on the FAA registration website as D-10403. See that wasn't so hard was it?
