The pilot was not injured. The airplane was operated by the pilot as a Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 91 personal flight.

The pilot reported that he was landing at his private airstrip, and after touchdown, during the landing roll, the right brake “went flat” as he applied the brakes to slow the airplane’s ground roll. The airplane subsequently veered to the left, impacted a stump, and then it nosed over, sustaining substantial damage to the fuselage and left wing.
