  1. Tailwheel biplane. Aircraft landed in the grass. No damage. Why an incident report?

    1. The aircraft owner reported the incident to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The owner requested a record of the incident from the FAA. Just a formality of sorts...

    2. Turf runway 11G/29G is listed as "AVBL WHEN DRY WITH ATC APVL." Runs alongside paved 11/29.

Towered airport, 8994 x 150 ft main runway. Expect to be asked to file an incident report if you land on 11G/29G without ATC approval or land randomly on undesignated grass at KBZN.
