  1. Serious injury to one crew member and the preliminary report does not have even a single sentence on what happened?

  2. Help US in understanding why "DCA21LA018" appears only on this site. Search of web search engines "DCA21LA018" result in one response.

    1. Because web crawling did not find other sites that list that accident number?

The NTSB "CAROL" tool finds the preliminary report if you paste DCA21LA018 into the "NTSB Number" field, so the reporting is real.

As far as the oddly incomplete report is concerned, maybe the crew injury on board needed an accident number to get insurance or OSHA filings rolling and details will fill in later (just a guess).

  3. This airplane also had a compressor stall @LAX 14 JAN 2020.
