  1. Firefighter DC-10...wonder what piece of the engine was missing (and which engine, a wing one or the tail)? Some sort of maintenance panel? Someone missed that in the pre-flight! Signs of these firefighting crews (both pilots and maintenance) being worked too hard maybe if that is indeed the case?
