DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:   On 09/05/19, on final, both engines lost power due to fuel exhaustion. As a result, the aircraft landed parallel to the runway in the grass where it sustained extensive damage.                                                  
LOCATION OF AIRCRAFT:  Dawson Aircraft, Clinton, AR
