  1. I just found out about this off field landing...I use to fly N348T. We were based in Stockton Ca. The airplane was in San Diego Ca and flown to Stockton and my Boss bought it in 1990. Lots of flights to Lake Tahoe and Salinas Ca. The engine was rebuilt by a company in Sacramento Ca.

    I did experience a runaway trim that was scary, but I knew the procedure to release. ( circuit breaker/switch) Besides that, the airplane was a dream to fly.

    Here is to the pilot who take the actions that saved everyone from harm! I did not know a fuel selector valve could cause fuel
    starvation.
