Attorney: Man Arrested for Disrupting Delta Flight from Will Not be Charged Minneapolis-St Paul International/Wold-Chamberlain Airport (KMSP)

Minneapolis (KSTP) - A man who disrupted a flight to Los Angeles from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport last month will not face charges, his attorney said Thursday.

Thirty-five-year-old Blake Adam Fleisig, of Los Angeles, was ticketed for disorderly conduct involving brawling or fighting. His girlfriend - Anna Christine Koosmann, 36, of Edina - was ticketed for disorderly conduct and for obstructing police.

The flight took off at 6:20 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28 but returned at 7:35 p.m., airport spokesman Patrick Hogan said. The flight crew reported the couple became disruptive and refused to follow instructions, he said.

Video shot by a passenger shows Fleisig scuffling with another passenger as officers removed him from the plane and Koosmann cursing as officers escorted her off. Partial police reports released didn't give details of the nature of the disruption.

Misdemeanor charges remain filed against Koosmann. She is expected to appear in court Feb. 24.
