DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:    On 6/17/2016 PIC experienced inflight electrical failure and could not extend gear. Manually cranked gear down but could not feel resistance resulting in gear collapse/gear up landing.

DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES:  Propeller strike with sudden stoppage, Engine mount and firewall, Nose gear doors, Engine belly skins at and forward of the wing root, Left wing outboard upper, lower and leading edge skin,1 wing rib, Rear left wing spar bent, Pitot system and surrounding wing skin, Left aileron, Belly antennas and beacon, Aircraft step and possibly structural connection point, Gear side-load, Left gear control arms bent, Center section impacted and damaged; all support bending right, indicating gear side load.  Left wing trim tabs, Right wing flap bent, All flap hinges, left side
