Suspicious bag prompts investigation at San Diego International Airport (KSAN)



SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Operations at Lindbergh Field are back to normal Sunday night after a suspicious bag prompted an investigation. 

According to an airport spokesperson, during a routine inspection by Harbor Police, a canine alerted authorities to a bag at Terminal 2 West around 3 p.m. 

The area was corded off and the Metro Arson Strike Team was called in to investigate. After a brief inspection, no suspicious items were found and the area was cleared.
