ORLANDO, Fla. —

A JetBlue aircraft was inspected by authorities at Orlando International Airport after the crew found a note that indicated a bomb was on the plane Saturday evening, officials said.

The JetBlue plane arrived in Orlando from Providence, Rhode Island shortly before 7:30 p.m.

According to officials, the plane's crew found a threatening note that stated there was a bomb on the plane. Nothing suspicious was found during a search of the aircraft, authorities said.

The JetBlue passengers who were on the plane involved were placed on another flight. Some operations in the area of Gate 8 were impacted by the incident, causing minor delays.

The incident remains under investigation by the FBI.
