Opinion/Letter: U.S. Rep. Rick Nolan’s response to request disheartening, shortsighted

I recently wrote an e-mail to U.S. Rep. Rick Nolan asking for his help with a user-fee issue with the Experimental Aircraft Association. This is a national organization that represents many of Nolan’s constituents, similar to many organizations he often assists. The response I received was disheartening and shortsighted.
