The local Air
Ambulance Services is operating illegally, according to Auditor General,
Alistair Swarbrick. Mr Swarbrick, in a report entitled, Air Ambulance
Provision in the Cayman Islands, Public Interest Report, released to the
press this past Tuesday, said that the operator was not licensed nor
authorized for ground handling services for air ambulances at the
airport.
