Description: Airport Operations Manager
The St. Louis Regional Airport Authority is currently accepting applications for an airport operations manager. The operations manager manages and coordinates the daily operations of the airport. This includes overseeing scheduling of daily maintenance and training of airport maintenance crews and contractors; responding to aircraft emergencies and other manmade or natural disasters; interfacing with local emergency responders; and preparing financial and operational analyses and reports. The position requires mature communications skills with co-workers, tenants, community leaders, government officials, and the airport board. Project management skills are a must. The airport operations manager is essentially always "on call" in case of airport emergencies. Salary is based on qualifications and experience.
