Pakistan: Cessna aircraft makes forced landing, both occupants remain safe. Near Karachi Airport .


KARACHI: A Cessna aircraft belonging to Schon Air which was on a routine flight, made a forced landing near Karachi Airport on Friday afternoon.

Both the occupants of the small plane remained safe. This was stated by the spokesman of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Pervez George.

He said that the Cessna aircraft with two people onboard made a forced landing some two and a half nautical miles from the Karachi Airport in a ground in Malir area after developing some fault.

Both the occupants of the plane remained safe and there was not any worthwhile damage to the plane and no one was hurt on the ground either.

He further stated that the CAA teams have been rushed to the spot.
