A mini-helicopter appearing in Xiamen Tong’an arouses netizens’ discussion currently. Up to date, the identity of its owner is still unknown. And a rough estimate of its price is more than 2 million yuan.
According to General Flight Rules of the People’s Republic of China, before conducting flight activities, application for flight made in advance should be approved, which means it was an illegal flight if this mini-helicopter flied above sky in Xiamen without approval, said Civil Aviation Administration of China in Xiamen on Aug 26.
The investigation of this incident is ongoing.
