    I wonder how this happened because the nacelles are above the cargo door. Maybe it was a tall toolbox or the box was on top of all the other luggage?

      Yeah that was the first thing I thought of. This is impossible. The only thing that makes since is that there was a lift platform truck with maintenance looking at an engine and someone accidentally kicked a tool box off of it onto the engine.
