    This was actually during a multi engine check ride. Can't fail a check ride bigger than this. Go big or go home!

    Could have been equipment failure, or inattentive check pilot. I can’t imagine inspector intentionally allowing pilot land gear up. Yes PIC responsible. Save all that response.
